West Virginia Universitys Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity, Lambda Omicron Chapter, will hold a bell-ringing service at 11:50 a.m. Friday, Feb. 18, at Oglebay Plaza in remembrance of two students.

Pamela Jane Johnson, a third-year law student from Elkins, died Feb. 8 of hypothermia/drowning after being found in a creek near Harman, Randolph County. She was 29.

John K. Nestor III , a junior engineering major, was found dead Feb. 5 in the remains of his charred Parkersburg duplex. Police are investigating his death as a homicide. Nestor was 31.

WVU has officially recognized the fraternitys student memorial bell service tradition. The bell is from the Armored Cruiser USS West Virginia, which served in World War I.
