The Ceramics Studio at West Virginia University will host its Annual Holiday Ceramic and Print Sale at the Creative Arts Center, Friday through Sunday, Dec. 10-12, in the Douglas O. Blaney Lobby.
The sale will feature work by students, faculty and staff, as well as porcelain by Bill Campbell Studios, an internationally known potter who lives and works in Cambridge Spring, Pa. His functional and decorative work is found in galleries across the United States.
The sale will also feature prints from the WVU GramLee Collection of Early American Commercial Wood Engravings, one of the largest single collections of 19 th century American wood engravings known in the United States today. The engravings were used to print high-quality flour sacks and labels for agricultural products.
Stop by and find some great holiday gifts. Hours are: Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
