West Virginia University’s Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity, Lambda Omicron Chapter, will memorialize two WVU students with a bell-ringing ceremony at noon Friday, April 16, outside Oglebay Hall.

Davidson Willoughby, a sophomore pre-sociology and anthropology major from Burtonsville, Md., died April 2. He was 23.

His visitation has been set for Friday, April 16, from 6-8 p.m. at the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, Md. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 17, at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church, 3820 Aspen Hill Rd., Wheaton, Md.

Timothy Riley, 21, was a sophomore pre-business and economics major from Romney. He passed away Dec. 15, 2003.
