The Democratic Law Caucus, a student organization at West Virginia University’s College of Law, will host a Democratic Gubernatorial Forum from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 24.

The forum is open to the public and will take place in the college’s Lugar Courtroom.

The forum will follow a question-and-answer format led by moderator Steve White, former state Democratic Party co-chair, and a panel consisting of professors from the College of Law and Department of Political Science as well as students.

To date, the forum will feature the following candidates: Lloyd Jackson, Jim Lees and Lacy Wright Jr.

Marcie McClintic, one of the forum’s co-chairs, said the Democratic Gubernatorial Forum will serve as an opportunity for the candidates to educate the public on their vision for a better West Virginia.
