Julie M. Smith’s talk,Making �€~It’Happen: Becoming Change-Resilient,will explore how businesses can better adapt and transform in a competitive global marketplace.
Smith, who earned her doctorate in psychology from WVU , is co-founder of The Continuous Learning Group Inc. She has been a pioneer and peer leader through her work in behavior-based change management. She strives to simplify the complexity of human behavior so organizations and individuals can succeed.
She is the author of�€~It’Happens! How to Become Change-Resilient,a practical guide detailing the positive impacts of overcoming changes in work and life. She also co-authored the bookPerformance Analysis: Understanding Behavior in Organizationsand has published several articles covering a range of topics.
