The WVU Women’s Choir, in collaboration with the women of Sigma Alpha Lota music fraternity and the men of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia music fraternity, will present a program of music by American composers, Wednesday, March 3, at the Creative Arts Center.
The program begins at 8:15 p.m. in the Bloch Learning and Performance Hall (200A) of the Creative Arts Center. It is free and open to the public.
Featured composers include Randall Thompson, Leonard Bernstein, Aaron Copland, Alice Parker, Ron Nelson, Jester Hairston and others.
Conductors for the evening will include WVU music graduate students Jennifer Vanderholm, Nikki Gross and Dereck Scott, along with undergraduate student Allen Heath.
