“Todays decision means that our lawsuit against Miami will continue. We have always believed in the strength of our case, and we now intend to pursue that case vigorously in the Connecticut courts against Miami. We have great confidence that, when all the facts are known, we will prevail and that the court will act to help repair the great damage done to the Big East.
