To reach West Virginia University employees throughout the state, President David C. Hardesty Jr.s annual State of the Campus address in Morgantown will be broadcast live to regional locations in Charleston, Harpers Ferry, Keyser, Montgomery and Parkersburg.
Hardesty will deliver the speech at 3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, at the National Research Center for Coal and Energy (Assembly Rooms A&B) on the Evansdale Campus. Employees and students are encouraged to attend.
WVUs president is expected to continue to make the case for no further reductions in state support for higher education in West Virginia, specifically that further reductions could put WVU at thetipping point.
