With mid-terms out of the way, many seniors have already started looking forward to December Convocation at West Virginia University. This fall, as part of the Senior Year Experience, December grads can take care of all their graduation needs at two Senior One-Stop Shops.
One-Stop Shops provide a convenient, centralized location where students can order caps and gowns, graduation announcements, yearbooks and official WVU class rings. Seniors can also get tips on job hunting and receive other information important for graduation and beyond. The Evansdale Senior One-Stop Shop is from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, in the Mineral Resources Building Atrium and the Downtown Senior One-Stop Shop is from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 4-5, in the Mountainlair Commons.
WVU Career Services will provide job hunting and resume assistance, and students can sign on with the Alumni Association and the Athletic Department to stay connected to WVU and the Mountaineers after graduation. Other WVU departments, including Financial Aid, Admissions and Records, Student Accounts and University Health Services will be on hand.
