The West Virginia University Department of Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling&Counseling Psychology invites WVU students, faculty, staff and the general public to the next forum in its series of graduate colloquia.


Linda M. Sandel, visionary psychologist, spiritual teacher and retreat facilitator, presents”Dreams, Intuition, Synchronicity and Bodymind Therapies: The Art of Listening to the Inner Healer”on Friday, Feb. 14, 2:30-4 p.m., in 406 Allen Hall.


Dr. Sandel, creator of WisdomSources, strives to”inspire hope, healing potential and spiritual consciousness in persons and organizations.”


She will explain how to use dreams, intuition, synchronicity and bodymind therapies to harmonize body, mind and spirit. The presentation also examines the roles of meditation and creativity, and Sandel will offer tips for marketing psychological services that focus on creative self-healing.


Sandel earned her Ed.D. in counseling psychology from WVU in 1991. Through her WisdomSources business, she is a national speaker, trainer and writer on issues related to wellness, creativity and transpersonal psychology. Most recently, she guided the mission and development of a retreat center in Parkersburg and founded a holistic and integrative health organization known as Healing Art Sources.
