How businesses can adjust to rapid growth will be discussed when the Morgantown Chapter of the West Virginia Entrepreneurs Forum meets at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, at West Virginia University’s National Research Center for Coal and Energy.

Patrick Rooney and Michael King, senior management in Deloitte&Touches Pittsburgh office, will give a presentation for aggressive businesses interested in planning for success. Their presentation will be based upon the recognition that as businesses grow, they will require new strategies, information, infrastructure and leading-edge management tools tailored to their current stage of growth.

A lead-off presentation will be in the form of a case study that describes how Craig Behr, president and co-founder of Computer Companion Inc., solved his companys working capital needs through the services and products of First United Bank of Oakland, Md.

This meeting is sponsored by Deloitte&Touches Growth Company Services Group, which serves entrepreneurial and growth-oriented clients with data and information needs to help them achieve their goals.

A less formal networking meeting will be held July 10 at the Erickson Alumni Center. This will be a great opportunity to meet new business associates, share entrepreneurial”war stories”with friends or seek advice from others. A brief meeting will be held to hear a regional activity update and review several entrepreneurs”elevator pitches.”
