Two successful West Virginia business owners with an international customer base will share their success stories at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, at the monthly meeting of the West Virginia Entrepreneurs Forum (WVEF) at WVU ’s Erickson Alumni Center.

Linda Wellings and Hayes Theiling from MPL Corp., a female-owned information technology services firm based in Buckhannon, will talk about how they parlayed their government business background into a firm that deals with commercial products and services that are marketed internationally.

Don Gallion of FCX Systems of Morgantown, will describe how he has created an international make_to_order manufacturing company with sales in over 52 countries.

The WVEF is a newly formed non-profit organization comprised of individuals from the business and technical community interested in promoting the formation and growth of innovative, technology-oriented companies.

Monthly programs at Erickson Alumni Center include networking with a variety of business professionals including venture capitalists, private investors, industry experts, business service providers, inventors and other successful entrepreneurs.

Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month (except August) and are open to the public. Meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. to allow for networking; refreshments and the formal meeting start at 6:15 p.m.

Admission is free until the WVEF is formally established as a non-profit entity. It is expected that a nominal fee for either membership and/or meeting attendance will be charged once the WVEF business formation is completed.
