West Virginia Universitys fraternities and sororities kicked off their annual Greek Week festivities last night with a street clean-up, one of two service projects planned March 6-11.
Today WVU Greeks are participating in a Blood Drive today at First Presbyterian Church on Spruce Street from 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Other Greek Week events include Airbands on Thursday, March 9, at 5 p.m. and games on Saturday, March 11, at 1 p.m.both on the Mountainlair Plaza.
The annual Greek Week events are designed to celebrate Greek life and support philanthropic organizations. This years Greek Week contributions will benefit local chapters of the United Way and the American Cancer Society.
